Allegiance Zone also offers players helping players support for new players. You can also use the Help Room to find information to help you solve your common problems. There are two types of volunteers in the Allegiance Zone, Chancellors and Facilitators.
Allegiance Zone Chancellors: These are player volunteers that have a + in front of their Zone ID and an @Alleg at the end. These volunteers help enforce the Zone and Allegiance Code of Conduct as well as man the Allegiance Zone Help Room by going clicking on the Help button on the left navigation bar. In the pop up window click on Allegiance Zone Help Room. The volunteers here will help point you in the direction of resources (websites, FAQs, newsgroups, etc) that can help you find answers to your questions. This is NOT technical support.
Allegiance Zone Facilitators: These are player volunteers that have a ! in front of their Zone ID and an @Alleg at the end. They are here to help you get acquainted with Allegiance Zone and give helpful advice. You can most commonly find them in the Flight Academy. If you are looking for someone to fly with and get acquainted with Allegiance Zone, this is a good place to start looking.
