We are the Illuminati, a society established to guide our members and help them gain the skills they need to eradicate the evil that plagues Dereth. We are not just one group but many, brought together by the common goals we share. Because of this, all can join. Be they mages or warriors, all are welcome.
Benefits
Mages that join will be given a set of spell components and guided in their use. Warriors will be equipped with armor and weapons suitable to their skills. We are committed to helping all our members become the most that they can be, and are constantly striving to help all who need succor in the world of Dereth. As you progress through the ranks in the Illuminati, you will be given equipment suitable to your rank and skill as well. Most important is the sense of belonging. Community and fellowship are highly stressed, and all members are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity.
Responsibilities
Members of the Illuminati, regardless of which faction they belong to, are expected to be helpful and spread a sense of fellowship and community throughout the organization. As you grow and learn more, you will also be asked to complete quests for the Illuminati, sometimes shepherding new members, sometimes finding rare items in dangerous places. The nature of these quests will depend mainly on which faction you belong to. Never will a quest be given to you that is beyond your skill.
