Tips and hints for a better game
You now have a better idea on how to survive and how to kill. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't work right away. Have patience and practice a lot!

  • Ask the pros.
  • Don't stay in heartbeat sensor for more than 10 seconds.
  • Don't say GOGOGOGOGO at the beginning of a game, or the host will boot you!
  • Never run into an open area, always follow the sides. Try not to make yourself visible.
  • When it's night (Amazon, Congo, Estate), use your night vision ("n" key by default).
  • Always use one or three bullets for better precision.
  • Try staying with your team if you're scared. (Don't worry, I still am sometimes.)
  • Make sure the guy you're shooting is not on your team.
  • Have fun, and play to kill.
Extra Notes
These are extra notes so you don't get kicked out of games.

  • After a game, say gg (good game).
  • Don't diss the host, he can kick you out.
  • Listen to the host.
  • Check in at the beginning of a game.
  • To type a message to your team, press ENTER, type your message and press ENTER again.
  • To crouch, press END (default).
  • To go into map mode, press M (default).
  • To toggle night vision, press N (default).
  • To zoom in and out on your map, use [ and ] (default).
  • When you're dead, press PGUP and PGDOWN to see what your teammates are doing.
  • When you're dead, you can only talk to other dead people, not to the living.
  • When you're alive, you can talk to anyone.
  • When you connect to a game and go to the chat screen, only the dead people can hear you.
  • At the end of a game, click on your name to see who killed you, and click the others to see your targets.
  • Don't forget to congratulate others for their efforts and nice shots.
  • Be a good sport.
Fast computers and modems
If you have a fast cable modem but are running RB6 on a P166, you will experience lag even though you have a cable modem. This is because your computer speed actually makes a difference in the game play. It has a major impact on single player games, so try to imagine multiplayer games! Now, if you have a good processor, your game will load very fast, and your gameplay will be very fast. If you have a fast modem and a fast computer, you're set. This combo is perfect. Not only will the game be faster, but you will be killing people faster and easier because your faster computer will see them first. I know this sounds a little weird, but just imagine the concept of the exchange speeds between you and the host.
